I'm a sucker for any excuse to celebrate Valentine's Day/love-related holiday things. (This year, I'm planning a Galentine's Day cross-country ski outing with my girlfriends.) But also because February 14th is a date to note if you'd like to take the opportunity to promote something for Valentine's Day. It is forecasted to be one of the top holidays that consumers will spend and give in the calendar year. Ina Forbes article, it’s predicted that more than half (52%) of consumers plan to celebrate and will spend an average of $192.80 this year — especially the Millennial demographic.
